This powerful mixer can knead as little as one loaf of bread (3 cups of flour) or up to 14 1-pound loaves, with either white or whole grain flour. The belt-driven transmission delivers adequate torque to knead light or heavy loads without overheating or bogging down, and the dough hook can also mix up to 34 dozen cookies in a single batch.
Four suction feet on the base grip the mixer to your counter and provide optimum stability. You can choose from 4 speeds with pulse, and the convenient cord storage feature adds to the mixer's overall convenience. The 6.5-quart bowl locks in place and has a removable drive shaft for easy cleaning. The bowl, lid, pouring shield, and wire whips are dishwasher safe, while the dough hook is hand-wash only. Many optional accessories and attachments are available to purchase separately, such as a blender, meat grinder, citrus juicer, cookie paddles, cake paddles, bowl scraper attachment, food processor, slicer/shredder, and pasta maker, allowing you to turn your mixer into a versatile kitchen machine.
It's important to note that this specific model, the MUM6N10, does not include a blender. The product box has an empty space for a blender, which is intended for models that are sold with a blender, such as the MUM6N11. However, the manual for both models includes blender images and instructions, even though a blender is not included with the MUM6N10 model.
