The Joydeem Dough Maker features a Smooth Dough Bowl with a smooth inner wall that makes the dough smoother. Its S-shaped Dough Knife increases the contact area with the dough, allowing for multi-angle kneading and pressing to create a more delicate dough. The machine is powered by a 250W Pure Copper Motor that can quickly knead the dough, resulting in a better taste.
The Small Conical Lid can evenly knead the top dough and prevent it from overflowing. The recommended ratio of flour to water is 100:50~100:60, and some cooking oil can be added as an aid to effectively reduce the sticking of the dough on the bowl.
The Joydeem Dough Maker supports three working modes: kneading, proofing, and kneading + proofing, with a mixing time setting of 1-40 minutes and a proofing time setting of 1-2 hours. It can make about 7 toast loaves of dough at a time, and you can customize your favorite bread, dumplings, and buns.
The small lid can also be removed while the machine is working to add water and flour. It is normal for the dough mixer to run intermittently when kneading the dough, and after kneading for more than 40 minutes, the dough maker should rest for 30 minutes. The range of mixable flour is 600g-2200g, and if the room temperature is below 20 degrees Celsius, it is recommended to use warm water for better fermentation results.
